The DeVale 1100 and 1500 series immersion thermostats are thermally sensitive bi-metallic switch assemblies that are engineered within a durable housing case available in numerous materials including brass, stainless steel, copper, nylon, titanium, nickel plated steel, zinc plated steel and high temperature resign compounds. These devices are designed to either make or break an electrical circuit at a factory preset calibrated temperature with an automatic reset. An optional choice of manual contact reset is available for applications that can not allow automatic reset.
The 1100 and 1500 series are routinely used as safety limit switches that offer a wide temperature reset that can be adjusted at the factory to meet specific temperature reset specifications. These thermostats are available in both English and metric thread housings, with an assortment of terminations that include automotive type connectors, cords or wire leads, in isolated or grounded case configurations. Numerous housing selection allow these controls to be immersed safely in fluids under substantial pressure. Please consult factor for specific housing types.
Other models are available that offer a tight cycling temperature pattern such as our 1200, 1300 and 1400 series immersion devices. These types of controls are commonly used as a controlling thermostat to maintain a specific temperature level. Please contact DeVale's technical sales associates for more information. DeVale Industries has been offering unmatched design flexibility for over 15 years so rest assured we can completely satisfy your products temperature requirement.
